[users] apcupsd 3.14.2 vs 3.10.18

Hello,

The version that RPMForge has (apcupsd-3.10.18-1.2.el5.rf) is almost 2
years out of date. There has been a LOT of improvements in the package
since then. Notably they have changed their website (so the info @
RPMForge is no longer correct), added GUI tray icon, fixed tons of bugs,
added support for newer units, polished many features etc.

Also, they do not maintain 3.10.x series anymore.

Therefore it makes sense to update. 

Moreover, they publish official RPM binary packages for EL3/4/5/rh9/fc4
at SourceForge
( http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=54413 ) so as
far as I understand taking their .spec file and tweaking it for use at
RPMForge should be trivial.

Can I do anything to help with this? 

Otherwise, please tell that the packages are not going to be updated at 
all, so I can go and use their instead.

P.S. The same with Kile, my forgotten suggestion that I did awhile ago.
If you need some help to update it, I am willing to do what I can to
help although my knowledge is fairly limited.
