[users] tvtime el5 CentOS5

I was just looking to see if I could download a tvtime package for
CentOS5 and it looks like the build for el5 - both i386 and x64 - is
failing due to a complie error.

I had a look elsewhere for the error, and I think the "#include
<linux/compiler.h>" on line 19  of src/videodev2.h isn't required
anymore - if I read the results of my googling correctly then for the
debian/ubuntu builds of tvtime they've just deleted that #include.

Any chance of a similar patch being applied to the rpmforge version
and to see if it will build like that?
