[users] CentOS Updates

Hi All,

Please excuse a question that may well have been asked many times
before, I'm new to this list.

Is there a problem with updates to the CentOS tree? I keep hitting the
error: 

Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: rpmforge
Error: Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: rpmforge

I get this on 32 & 64 bit OS's for CentOS 4.5 & 5.

All help gratefully received.
