[users] request: Template::Plugin::GD Perl module

The Template Toolkit base distribution used to come with
Template::Plugin::GD included in it, but in one of the recent revisions,
they removed it, and it's now a separate download (or install from
CPAN).  This perl module is a prerequisite for Bugzilla, so if it's not
too much trouble, it would be nice if we could get an RPM for it
included on rpmforge to go with the existing perl-Template-* RPMs.
