Yeah!  perl-Test-Inline and perl-File-chmod were just installed, and
running the rt3 dependencies check script reports only perl-Test-Expect
as missing now - awesome!! I still don't know why the test script isn't
picking up perl-Test-Expect.  It's certainly installed.

Anyway, thank you very much for getting this all working.  I've actually
managed to install rt3 and all it's perl dependencies via rpm, so that
is really great.

I'll try to debug the perl-Test-Expect problem now.
