[users] Anyone successfully running celestia on RHEL4 equivalent?

On my buildsystem it fails with:

	Using $(sysconfdir)/gconf/schemas/ as install directory for schema files
	checking for jpeg_start_decompress in -ljpeg... no
	configure: error: jpeg library not found
	error: Bad exit status from /dar/tmp/rpm-tmp.50173 (%build)

Even though libjpeg-devel is installed and verified. The same happens for
1.3.2 and 1.4.1. Other RPMs that require libjpeg do not have this problem
though.
