Thanks for the change.

Can you possibly check why the build system isn't attempting to build
it?

The buildlogs directory
http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/graphviz/_buildlogs/
does not show any updated files. 
The last graphviz build (2.8-1) obviously was on Sun 18 Mar 2007 but
nothing thereafter.
