[users] perl-Email-Simple-Creator should not provide perl(Email::Simple)

# rpm -q --whatprovides 'perl(Email::Simple)'
perl-Email-Simple-Creator-1.424-1.el5.rf
perl-Email-Simple-2.003-1.el5.rf

This breaks things that depends on perl(Email::Simple) if this package 
happens to already be installed.

Ie. installing perl-Email-Send will not pull in perl-Email-Simple if 
perl-Email-Simple-Creator is already installed :(
