[users] New mirror request

Hi,

I am the sysadmin of http://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/ (public mirror in 
france) and I'd like to make a mirror of rpmforge.

I already did one from rsync://ftp.belnet.be/packages/dries.ulyssis.org/.

I'd like to know if you are interested by a new mirror, and if yes, what is 
the procedure to make it properly.

The mirror is already availlable using rsync/ftp/http at:
http://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/linux/rpmforge/
(path are same, just change protocol).
