[users] apt.sw.be seems to be broken

apt.sw.be points ie.freshrpms.net which is an alias for the HEAnet
servers. Since freshrpms seems to be down as well I assume that HEAnet has
problems.

My contact with HEAnet is Matthias as I am using his account on their
servers. I just hope that the mirrors are not cleaning up everything.
