[users] Graphviz plugin config

Hi Dries,

It looks like your changes to the graphviz.spec are not being built.
http://svn.rpmforge.net/svn/trunk/rpms/graphviz/

Neither 
  http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/graphviz/graphviz.spec
nor 
  http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/graphviz/_buildlogs/
reflect the change.

Can you possibly check why the build system isn't attempting to build
based on the modified specs?
